Photozella is a visual celebration of nude outdoor fun and art!

PHOTOZELLA APPLICATION You are taking the first step towards possibly participating in our trips/photo-shoots. This form gives me some idea about who you are, what you are like and how you might fit in with what we are doing. Within a few days I will contact you with more questions, or if everything looks OK you will be invited to complete another online form which is the actual registration and agreement, after which I will be able to include you in my list of people to book for various outings and shoots. You need not be too concerned about specific dates if your availability is unknown at this time. Later, I will try to get you involved on a day that is good for you. Couples can just complete this one page. All information provided is completely confidential (except the Nickname) and only I and my assistant see any of it. We are absolutely professional in our communications with applicants and in overseeing these outings. Email:	Please use an email address that you check often. Please reply to our emails promptly so that we know you are getting new information. Make sure we are not ending up in your bulk/spam box.	Make sure it is exactly right. We will email you with trip and registration information. You will only receive messages about Photozella.
Choose a Nickname:	Please choose something people can actually say when they address you in person! Do NOT use something Like "4dude911". If you cannot think of anything, use your first name.	This is an alias you can use to keep your real name confidential. You can use your real first name if you like, of course.

What City do you live in?	eg. Auburn, CA Photozella is for California residents ONLY, unless you are able to visit the area for several weeks at your own expense.	This gives me an idea how far you have to travel.
Transportation:	I will probably have my own car for day trips. I do not have access to a car.
Telephone:	check if this is a cell phone.	I will likely phone you at some point to confirm your interest and check other details.
Website:	(optional) This is one way to provide ID images of yourself and it could be myspace.com or a modeling site etc.	If you have your own website for us to take a look at, eg. if you are a photographer or web-model, then add it here.
Buddy's Nickname:	(optional - only complete if you have a buddy)	If you are arriving with a spouse, girlfriend, boyfriend, model, etc. please indicate the Nickname of this person you are paired with. The "buddy" should also read everything on this website and then must apply separately as well and should list you as their "buddy".
